A separate booking form must be completed for each person attending, including children and infants. Bookings can only be confirmed by:
- full payment (details will be sent on receipt of booking form)
- or by sending your travel details (for those travelling from abroad)
Prompt payment is appreciated to cover costs incurred before the event. If you feel you may have difficulty paying immediately, please discuss this with the reservation steward, Lady Maude de Elsynge (thamesreach.exchequer@gmail.com).
Cancellations
All bookings will be confirmed once receipt of payment or confirmation of booked travel. All payments must be received by 15th January 2023.
Cancellations after 15th January 2023 will be non-refundable unless the place can be filled.
Covid Policy
A negative Covid test within 24 hours before arrival is required for all attendees. A self-administered lateral flow test is acceptable. When checking in, please show proof of a negative result for your lateral flow test (e.g. email or text message from UK reporting systems, or picture of your test strip). Attendees are requested to wear a mask when checking it. In the event of a last-minute positive test, resulting in a cancellation, a full refund will be paid by GBP cheque.
Getting There
The nearest city is Norwich.
Eaton Vale is to 5 miles southwest of Norwich, just off the A11.
Trains run from London Liverpool Street to Norwich approximately every 30 mins and the journey time is around 2 hours. A bus or taxi from the station to the site takes approximately 20 minutes.
